These terms are real. The advice in the product is not.
1. Agreement
By using Wrong Answers Only you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by Carpenter Create LLC, a Texas, USA company.
2. What this is
Wrong Answers Only is an entertainment product that gives intentionally wrong, satirical answers. It is not professional, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or any other kind of advice. Do not follow the answers. If a prompt is unsafe, we may refuse it.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity that happens on your account.
4. Plans and billing
- Free: limited daily use.
- Wrong Answers+: $5 per month or $36 per year, recurring, cancel anytime.
- Lifetime: $12 one-time, same access as Plus, charged once.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- You can cancel Plus in the customer billing portal; access continues through the period you already paid for.
- No refunds except where required by law.
- All prices are in USD.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to obtain real assistance with harmful activity, and do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The product, its name, and its design belong to Carpenter Create LLC. You keep your questions. We may use aggregated and de-identified data to operate and improve the service.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” FOR ENTERTAINMENT. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Carpenter Create LLC is not liable for decisions you make after reading a wrong answer, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $12.
9. Changes and termination
We may change the product or these terms. We may suspend or end access for misuse, or if we shut the service down.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in Texas, except where prohibited.
